If intentions were openly communicated, would it remove the uncertainty in our daily interactions? Would trust become inherent and knowledge of intentions remedy miscommunications between people?
People’s actions can say a lot about them but when you dig deeper and find the intentions behind the scenes, that is the ultimate reveal. You get to the core of what motivates a person by knowing their intentions.
Could catastrophic events be avoided by simply understanding intent? How could that information change our world? Would it?
If you are doing nice things because you think it will get you into heaven for example. That motivation has all the greatest intention in the world. What if it fails to grant you passage because you missed the bigger picture? You were supposed to do all those nice things for the simple fact it’s the right thing to do, not for personal passage into heaven. How would knowing that detail make a difference in your daily interactions?
If we knew for certain what intentions those around us are being driven by, would we be able to relax enough to erase greed and power from the dynamics of humanity and offer a superior existence? What would that look like?
